Metropolis RFC is currently a USARFU Division I club. While in Division II, Metropolis displayed its determination to improve its rankings by advancing to the final eight clubs in the 1998 Division II Club Championships. After winning the Midwest Championship in 2004, Metropolis was promoted to Division I status. The team went on to finish 8th at the 2004 Division II Club Championships. In summer sevens rugby competition, Metro/ Metropolis teams have advanced to USARFU national club championships five times since 1992. |
